All sales are final. 

Replacements are only offered if a product is received damaged at the seller's fault. We will make every effort to make it right if a damaged product was mistakenly packed in your box. We will certainly replace and send that product to you free of charge. Customer will be required to send photo of damaged product before a replacement is offered.

Rosewood Pages is not responsible for the mishandling of the package by the (USPS) postal service and the package itself arrives damaged. "Package" refers to the entire box itself packed inside the poly-mailer.

Products are well packed in cardboard boxes that are designed for shipping, with semi-crush-proof box corners. Each box is placed into a poly-mailer that provides protection from the inclement weather elements.
